EEO-1 Filing Deadline Fast Approaching

EEO-1 Filing Deadline Fast Approaching

Just a reminder that the deadline to file your company’s EEO-1 Report is September 30, 2009.  Those employers listed below must file the required report:

  1. Private employers with 100 or more employees (excluding state and local governments, primary and secondary school systems, institutions of higher education, Indian tribes, and tax-exempt private membership clubs other than labor organizations)
     
  2. Private employers with fewer than 100 employees if the company is owned or affiliated with another company, or has centralized ownership, control or management to constitute a single enterprise and the enterprise employs 100 or more employees
     
  3. Federal contractors who:
    1. are not exempt as provided by 41 CFR 60-1.5,
    2. have 50 or more employees and have a contract, subcontract or purchase order in the amount of $50,000 or more;
    3. service as a depository of Government funds in any amount, or if a financial institution that issues and is a paying agent for U.S. Savings Bonds and Notes.
