Banyan Hires 45 More Years of Experience

Banyan Consulting announces the recent hires of Brian Elinich, Joe Kleiner, Megan Erway & Jen Craven adding 45 years of experience to Banyan’s team of employee benefit experts.

Brian joined Banyan in 2010 with over 20 years of experience in the health care insurance and consulting industry.  Brian’s primary roles with Banyan include client account management, data management and analytics, employee training, serving as a company financial/underwriting resource and as Banyan’s health care reform consultant.  Over the years, Brian has assisted a variety of clients across many industries, sizes, and regions in developing comprehensive and cost-effective employee benefit strategies.

Megan and Joe are both consultants new to Banyan and will focus on new sales and the development and promotion of Banyan’s Health Insurance Captive Program.  Joe has 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative at a large insurance carrier where he sold group ancillary products.  He earned his BS and MBA from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.  Megan brings over 9 years of experience to our team of employee benefit experts.  Prior to joining Banyan, Megan was an Account Executive at Capital Blue Cross, responsible for the management of key national accounts in the major market.  She earned her BS from Penn State University and MS from West Virginia University.  She also received the designation of PAHM, Professional, Academy for HealthCare Management.

Jen has 14 years experience in employee benefit consulting, call center management, billing administration and insurance sales.  She joins Banyan today as a consultant in our Mechanicsburg office.  Prior to joining Banyan, Jen worked on the member benefits program for a large Pennsylvania Association and before that she designed and managed benefit programs at an employee benefits consulting firm.
