HR@Hand - Upgraded Through a Major Release

HR@hand®, Banyan Consulting’s web-based benefits administration solution, has recently been upgraded through a major release.  The information below touches on some of the highlights of the enhancements we rolled out to our HR@hand clients.

Manager Home Page – The Home page for managers, among others, has been upgraded to the more efficient .NET functionality.  This new design allows greater flexibility, as icons can be modified, the content can be moved, and the sections can be renamed and collapsed/restored.

Dashboard - A dashboard, which is a visual display of summarized data in chart form, has now been added to HR@hand.  The dashboard gives HR managers the tools to quickly & easily view specific subsets of data that are important to their HR@hand use & experience.

Advanced User Search - The User Search functionality has been enhanced to allow for more flexible search capabilities, including the ability to apply multiple filters simultaneously.

Total Compensation Statements - Total Compensation Statements are an available feature in HR@hand.  With this release, several new legend and chart options have been added for greater flexibility. 

Streamlined Enrollment 5.0 – Our clients have the option of choosing multiple-page or simplified one-page enrollments for their employees to enroll on-line.  This release introduces entirely new streamlined enrollment functionality that we are asking our clients to test.  With feedback from our clients, additional upgrades are planned for the streamlined enrollments in the 3rd and 4th quarters of this year.

Birthday Alert – Our clients have the ability to receive an alert when many events occur, such as when an employee has requested to add a dependent to benefits.  This new alert is customizable to advise HR managers of employees or spouses who are reaching any age they choose to track.
